It has enough features, e.g. you can enter age/fitness level etc and it gives a very good post-exercise summary, but it isn't cluttered at all. The strap and watch are both comfortable. If I lost mine I wouldn't hesitate to order another one.

Mens Zoot ULTRA Speed Review

(More customer reviews)An amazingly light and fun shoe to run in. The heel is shallower than it looks in the photo because it is deeper than the yellow rubbering on the outside. I'm loving the minimalist design which makes my asics feel like hikingboots in comparison. It is a great shoe for fore/mid foot running. Can't believe I'm the first review because I think zoot has a real winner with these shoes. It has no arch support, or at least very little, so if you are looking for support this is definately not the shoe for you. However, I am subscribing to the belief that less is more. The sole is very thin but the cushioning is good. It fits the same size as my regular shoe but some people may like a more snug fit so you may want to try on first. It has a nice soft sweat absorbing lining so it is comfortable without socks. Most importantly, it is really light and makes you feel like you are flying. Highly recommended. Dump those heavy clunky shoes and get back to the the fun that running should be.

(More customer reviews)I am a huge fan of New Balance products, primarily for the superb fitting I am guaranteed of. I have never had to re-think any purchase on the grounds of fit, and this is no different. However, I think the cushioning is slightly unbalanced, being excellent on the rear sole, while it feels a little spare on the front. Also, the soles squeak with every step while running at a slow pace/walking. Not a major problem, but it could have been better. Traction is very good on slippery surfaces as well. Aesthetics and squeak aside, a good buy.

Mens Mizuno Wave Creation 10 Running Shoe Review

(More customer reviews)The reason I choose this Creation 10 is I have high arches and my weekly millage is 30-40km. The shoes however seems not good for not-so-heavy runners as it is a bit too hard. I am 70kg and I could not feel the cushion.

If you are not heavy and have high arch, Wave Rider 12 is better choice.

(More customer reviews)Been big on New Balance until I found these. The tread surpasses NB and Adidas for gripping trails and even on wet, slick surfaces I have no issues . The soles are thick and supportive yet lightweight and give you a good read on the ground beneath you . They work well for a person with a wide foot like I have . I ordered a pair of size 12 Pumas right before these and had to return them they were so uncomfortable. They are a little more pricey than I usually go for but if longevity is good then it will be worth it. Oh the orange popsicle color is just pimp!

Zoot Ultra Race 2.0 Cushion Running Shoe Mens Review

(More customer reviews)I am terribly disappointed with these shoes. I am only thankful that I tried them out BEFORE my race! I was so excited when I received my new Zoot Ultra Race 2.0s. I threw these cool looking kicks on and started my Tuesday morning run. After twenty minutes the backs of the Zoot Ultra Race 2.0 shoes had rubbed painful holes into each of my achilles'. If I had been in a race I would have either continued running and destroyed my ankles, or had to stop and take a DNF. For $150.00 one would expect better engineering from Zoot! I'm sure the shoe works fine if you wear socks, but that is contrary to their intended design! You can see what I'm talking about by looking at the picture of the shoe. That back piping rests on your ankle and rubs and rubs and rubs and rubs....! Zoot MUST know this, and yet they sell the shoe anyway, and at an exorbitant price! I don't know if Christal Nyliin is still active in the company, but if she knew that Zoot was selling products that actually HURT the racer, she'd be appalled.

From now on I'll just take the weight penalty and wear my good old Asics. They've never let me down.

BOO Zoot!

Mizuno Wave Nirvana 5 Cushion Running Shoe Mens Review

(More customer reviews)This was a good shoe that was comfortable on long runs(7 to 10+ miles, in my case) and for the most part performed well. I liked the feel of the material and felt that the shoes handled races (two sprint triathlons and a 5K), training and even track running very well. There were two main drawbacks, however, neither of them severe. First is that the heel has a very large hole in the middle of it which inevitably means rocks, crabapples and other debris can actually get stuck in the bottom. It's distracting and often required me to stop and fish things out of my shoes. It's not painful, but frankly, it's a poor design. The other issue I have with these is longevity. They made it only 298 miles before they felt totally shot. And really, only lasted about 240 before they started to become noticeably uncomfortable and blister-inducing. That's a little low for the expected life of a good running shoe. (Rule of thumb is 300 to 500, and I normally do around 350 to 380.) Given the price of these shoes, it's a little disconcerting, although I would still get them again. My normal go-to shoe are the Brooks Adrenalin GTS, which I would say are comparable to these. It may be worthwhile to check those out, if you're looking to compare prices and quality. Nevertheless, this is a solid, good-looking shoe that I would certainly recommend.

Mizuno Men's Wave Renegade 4 Running Shoe Review
