(More customer reviews)I had severe pain in my knees and an ankle from running in shoes without proper support.About 1-2 weeks after running in these shoes, my problems were gone.The shoe has good structure for over-pronation.Shoe is light and breathes well.The heel portion of the sole is split and flexible which dissipates impact with the ground.The only small problem is that rocks will get stuck in the split.The air pocket of the heel also took in a bit of water while running on a wet/muddy trail.It's a great support shoe for street running or smooth/dry trails.
