Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)I am fond of motorcycle camping and like to pack light.I don't want to pack half a dozen different types of footware. This chukka from Icon offers a motorcycle/street/light-hiking hybrid usefulness.Make no mistake about it, this boot is built for riding: with its armor, shifting pad, and lock-strap enclosure. My bike has an extra long gap between first (through neutral) to second. My previous riding boots made that shifting between 1st and second a chore. These boots make it effortless. While the boots are very stiff out of the box, a little time wearing them around the house will get them into feeling a bit more comfortable for street use and for light-hiking as well. These are NOT suitable boots for long or difficult trails by any means, but they are fine for getting off the bike and walking around town or for short hikes around camp.
