This bag is everything I will ever need, for ANY snowboard trip. CRAZY amounts of room. I took my powder and regular board, pair of boots, four jackets, layers, socks, clothes for the bar, and a pair of around town boots. It fit everything and help up fairly well!

Only thing I would recommend for future production, is turn the plastic casing that supports the soft shell case towards the bottom wheels into aluminum. Then, this bag would last FOREVER! Without this, it will only last a lifetime!

About Dakine
Dakine, currently based in Hood River, Oregon, was founded in Maui, Hawaii, in 1975 by longtime surfer Rob Kaplan. Dakine's first product, a revolutionary new type of surf leash, quickly gained worldwide popularity, which led Kaplan to produce more surfing-related products built to withstand the punishing conditions of the surf on the north shore of Hawaii. In Hawaiian slang, "da kine" means the best, and the company has lived up to this standard through attention to detail, a focus on accessories, and a notoriously thorough design process.
With its reputation for top-quality products and process, Dakine quickly grew beyond its surfing roots and has become the standard in board sports accessories for top athletes in the worlds of snowboarding, skiing, skateboarding, mountain biking, windsurfing, and kiteboarding, as well as surfing. Dakine moved to Hood River in 1986 to better serve the growing worldwide demand for Dakine products. The facility, which included a new factory and distribution center, soon replaced operations on Maui's north shore. The Oregon location is at the heart of the Columbia Gorge and the base of Mt. Hood, and is a hot spot with both windsurfers and snowboarders. This helps the company maintain its competitive edge by giving the product development team a demanding new environment for developing and testing products. A testament to the standards and success of Dakine's products, the company's pro team roster reads like a who's-who of action sports.
