Its seems of good quality material, very light, good ball feel and nice and tight fit to your feet which gives you as powerful kick as you can have because there is not cushion zone. It does fit a little small im a normal 9.5 shoe size and these feel a little tight. The front of the shoe is plastic which when you kick with the front it hurts especially if the shoe is a little small on you. i only wore these once for 2 hours and i got blisters on my heels.
