(More customer reviews)I thought I was getting a good deal around 50% off these shoes. Now I know why they are marked way down. When I first put them on they felt ok, I took a few steps forward and they were very stiff, and the creases or folding area as the shoe bends, digs sharply into the side of my foot. I thought ok, they need to be broken in--to no avail. Because I knew I couldn't return them at this point, I took a rubber mallet and pounded the ##@*# out of them. Guess what, that crease everytime I walked still dug into my foot. I wish there was a review of this shoe before I bought them, next time when an item is almost half off I'll think twice.
