I am super happy with them submerged them to the ankle and kept my feet dry. Foot beds rock shape and rigidity excellent. Toe box is wide. Ankle support is good. Width is wider and arch more pronounced than north face boots. These are going to last me a while.. Absolutely love this boot the sole is as stiff as it needs to be to make scrambling easier, with enough flexibility so that walking really is comfortable.
