(More customer reviews)I'm not sure how to describe the problem with these boots. first of all they are sized smaller than others. They seem to made very well. and first impression is it is a great boot. I have worn nothing but hiking boots for over 20 years. I don't wear dress shoes or sneakers, just hiking boots. But the main problem is the heel is designed in some way that after a day of wearing them I am just about crippled. There is nothing protruding through the heel, nothing like that. It is a design problem. this started after the first day, but too long to send back. I have just wasted my money.
