I have worn them almost every day for the past two months and they show no sign of wear or breakdown, even though I am a 200 lb. runner. In this regard they are on a par with Adidas, Nike and Asics shoes I have owned in the past.Although I have completed four 26.2 mile marathon's in the past, my mileage while using these shoes has been under 20 per week.Cushioning for both forefoot and heel is good. FIT: This shoe has a low arch and moderate volume at both instep and toebox.Toebox is round and short, therefore I would recommend buying this shoe one full size over normal street shoe size.(size 11 purchased)PUMA Men's Complete Vectana Running Shoe

PUMA Men's Complete Tenos VI Running Shoe Review

(More customer reviews)By and far the best pair of shoes I have ever worn. I first ran in the Tenos Vs a few years ago and while looking for another pair found that they are now making the VI. It my look a little different but they still feel the same. I think the treads wearout a tittle faster than other running shoes but the feel more than makes up for it.
