(More customer reviews)I bought a treadmill in March of this year and began walking daily in my Brooks athletic shoes.I did fine for a week or so, but then I developed severe shin splints.After doing some research online, and having had Earth shoes "back in the day", I selected the Earth Ambition.My shin splints ceased immediately.I could tell my calves were getting a much harder workout, and I couldn't walk on an incline right away (already being "inclined" in the shoe), but that was short lived. My legs and feet felt so good in my Ambitions that I have since bought two more pair of Earth Shoes in different styles and hardly wear anything else.This model seems to run true to size.
